TERMS OF SERVICE

These terms govern your use of AMMORANGER, operated by Disco & Thompson LLC, an Arizona limited liability company doing business as AMMORANGER. By using the site, you agree to them.
1. What AMMORANGER Does
AMMORANGER is a price comparison and information service. We collect and display ammunition prices from online retailers so you can compare them, including each listing's price plus the sales tax estimated for your ZIP code.
2. What AMMORANGER Never Does
AMMORANGER never sells, ships, or handles ammunition. We hold no inventory, process no payments for ammunition, and are not a party to any transaction. When you click through to a retailer, your purchase happens entirely on the retailer's site, under the retailer's terms, and through the retailer's legal compliance process.
3. Pricing Information Is Provided As-Is
Prices, availability, shipping terms, and tax estimates shown on AMMORANGER are provided as-is, with no guarantee of accuracy, availability, or timeliness. Prices change fast and listings sell out. Always confirm the price and availability on the retailer's site before purchasing. The retailer's checkout price is the real price. All sales tax figures on AMMORANGER are estimates and may contain errors. Actual sales tax, if any, is calculated and collected by the retailer at checkout. Some retailers may not collect tax for your state.
4. Affiliate Relationships
AMMORANGER participates in affiliate programs and may earn a commission when you purchase through links on this site. This never changes the price you pay. See our Affiliate Disclosure for details.
5. Age Requirement
You must be 18 years of age or older to use AMMORANGER. Federal law restricts handgun ammunition sales to ages 21 and over, and rifle and shotgun ammunition to ages 18 and over. Retailers verify age and eligibility at the point of sale.
6. Accounts
An AMMORANGER account is free and entirely optional. Every price, every listing, and every caliber page on this site is available without one, and price alerts do not require an account either. We do not charge for accounts and we never collect payment information.
To create an account you must be 18 years of age or older, as described above, and you must provide an email address you control. You verify that address by clicking the link we email you; until you do, the account cannot be used. One person, one account.
You are responsible for your password and for everything that happens under your account. Choose a password you do not use elsewhere, keep it confidential, and contact us at hello@ammoranger.com if you believe someone else has gained access.
You may not create an account by automated means, impersonate another person, share your account with others, or attempt to access an account that is not yours. You may not use an account to scrape, copy, or republish this site's data, or to interfere with the site's operation.
We may suspend or close an account that violates these terms or applicable law, and we may stop offering accounts entirely. Where the circumstances allow it, we will tell you first. If we discontinue accounts entirely, all account data is deleted when that happens.
You can delete your account yourself at any time from your account page. Your email address, your password, and your sign-in sessions are removed from our records. Reviews you posted remain, disconnected from your account, and we may display them under a generic label such as "Former member" in place of your nickname (see Section 12). What we store while your account exists is described in our Privacy Policy.
Accounts are provided on the same as-is basis as the rest of the site. We do not guarantee that the account system will be available, uninterrupted, or error-free, and the No Warranty and Limitation of Liability sections below apply to accounts in full.
7. Legal Compliance Is Your Responsibility
You are responsible for complying with all federal, state, and local laws that apply to ammunition purchases in your jurisdiction. Retailers enforce legal requirements at checkout.
Some states and jurisdictions — including CA, NY, MA, IL, CT, NJ, HI, MD, DC, and WA — impose additional requirements on ammunition purchases. These requirements are enforced by the retailer at checkout.
8. Prohibited Listings
AMMORANGER will never list armor-piercing handgun ammunition. This exclusion is absolute and applies to all listings, all retailers, and all data feeds.
9. No Warranty
AMMORANGER is provided "as is" and "as available." We make no warranties of any kind — express or implied — about the site, its data, or its availability. We do not warrant that prices are accurate, that listings are in stock, or that the site will be uninterrupted or error-free.
10. Limitation of Liability
In plain English: AMMORANGER is a free comparison tool, and you use it at your own risk. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Disco & Thompson LLC is not liable for any damages arising from your use of the site or from any transaction you make with a retailer — including losses caused by inaccurate pricing, out-of-stock listings, or retailer conduct. Your relationship for any purchase is with the retailer, not with us.
11. Intellectual Property
The AMMORANGER name, logo, site design, and original content are the property of Disco & Thompson LLC. Retailer names and trademarks belong to their respective owners and are used only to identify their listings. You may not scrape, copy, or republish this site's data or content without written permission.
12. User Content and Reviews
These rules apply to any retailer review or other content you submit to AMMORANGER as an account holder.
Your nickname. Reviews are published under a public nickname you choose — never your real name or email address, which we never display. Your nickname must not impersonate any person, business, or AMMORANGER itself, and we may reject or change one that does. Because reviews are public, a review remains after you delete your account, disconnected from the account it came from, and we may display it under a generic label such as "Former member" in place of your nickname.
Your words, our license. Your reviews are yours, and you are responsible for them. By submitting content you grant Disco & Thompson LLC a perpetual, irrevocable, royalty-free, worldwide license to display, reproduce, distribute, and adapt it in connection with operating and promoting AMMORANGER. This is the license that lets us show your review on the site; it does not make us the author of your words.
Honest experience only. Write about your own genuine experience with the retailer. Reviews must not be fabricated, must not be written by or on behalf of the retailer being reviewed or its competitors, and must not be exchanged for anything of value — payment, discounts, free shipping, or any other incentive.
Legal claims need legal proof. Calling a retailer's conduct criminal — "scam," "fraud," "theft," or similar — is a factual legal assertion, not an opinion. Do not make such claims in a review unless a court or government agency has actually made that finding. You are legally responsible for what you write: a false and damaging claim can expose you to a defamation action by the retailer, and if we receive a valid subpoena for the identity behind a review, we will comply with it as the law requires.
Keep it clean and on target. Reviews must not contain harassment, threats, profanity, or attacks on individuals; content expressing hatred toward people on the basis of race, ethnicity, nationality, sex, religion, sexual orientation, age, or disability; anyone's personal information (addresses, phone numbers, emails); links; or malware. Review the service, not the person.
Our rights. We may remove any review or other content at any time, for any reason or no reason, in our sole discretion, including but not limited to content that violates these terms, and we may suspend or close the account that posted it. We will not, however, remove or suppress a review merely because it is negative, or because a retailer requested its removal. Our decisions about whether content violates these terms are made in our sole discretion and are final; we are not liable to you or anyone else for removing content, declining to remove it, or suspending an account under this section. Apart from limited automated checks and occasional human review, we do not pre-screen reviews and are not obligated to monitor them; under 47 U.S.C. § 230 we are not the publisher or speaker of user-submitted content. The Indemnification section of these terms applies in full to content you submit.
13. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Disco & Thompson LLC and its members, officers, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the site or your violation of these terms or applicable law.
14. Governing Law and Venue
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute arising from these terms or the site will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona, and you consent to their jurisdiction.
15. Disputes — Informal Resolution First
Most problems can be sorted out quickly. Before starting any legal proceeding, you agree to contact us at hello@ammoranger.com with a written description of the dispute and the relief you want, and to give us 60 days to resolve it. We will do the same before bringing a claim against you. This step is a condition of starting any proceeding, and the deadline for bringing any claim is paused while it runs.
16. Class Action Waiver; Jury Trial Waiver
Please read this section carefully. It affects your legal rights.
You and Disco & Thompson LLC each agree to bring claims against the other only in an individual capacity, and not as a plaintiff or class member in any class, collective, consolidated, or representative proceeding. A court may award relief only to the individual party seeking it, and only to the extent needed to resolve that party's claim.
You and Disco & Thompson LLC each also waive, to the fullest extent permitted by law, the right to a trial by jury in any proceeding arising out of or relating to these terms or the site.
If the class action waiver in this section is found unenforceable as to a particular claim, that claim — and only that claim — may proceed on a class basis, and the rest of these terms continue to apply to it. This section survives the deletion of your account and the end of your use of the site.
17. Time Limit for Claims
Any claim arising out of or relating to these terms or the site must be brought within one year after it arises, or it is permanently barred, to the extent the law allows.
18. Changes to These Terms
We may update these terms from time to time. The effective date at the top of this page reflects the latest version. Continued use of the site after a change means you accept the updated terms.
19. Severability; Entire Agreement
If any provision of these terms is held unenforceable, that provision is limited or removed to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions stay in full force. These terms, together with the Privacy Policy and Affiliate Disclosure, are the entire agreement between you and Disco & Thompson LLC regarding the site. Our failure to enforce any provision is not a waiver of it. You may not assign these terms; we may assign them in connection with a merger, acquisition, or sale of assets.
