Not really a cartridge at all but a loading philosophy that lives in the competition world. Open division racers push 9mm brass hard enough to make the major power factor scoring line and the result is a screaming compensator fed handload that would horrify the average range officer. Pure gamesmanship distilled into a cartridge case.

This is handloader territory almost by definition and factory offerings barely exist. What little shows up prices like the specialty gear it is. Nobody stumbles into 9mm Major casually so the people running it build their own and buy components not boxes.
