A shorter variant of the .22 TCM built specifically so the round would function through 9mm-length magazines and pistols with the right barrel. It is a footnote to a footnote and it exists to solve a very specific compatibility problem for people already deep in the TCM world. Niche squared. The kind of thing only the committed even know exists.

Ammunition is scarce and comes essentially from the maker. Priced like the specialty item it is in small boxes. The tiny crowd running it buys whenever a box appears and does not expect to find it often.
