.22 Long Ammo Prices
The forgotten middle child of the rimfire family. Older than the .22 LR and completely eclipsed by it for well over a century now. It exists in that strange limbo where a cartridge is technically still made but nobody actually needs it and the .22 LR does everything it does and more. A ghost that never quite left the building.
The load runs a light 29 grain bullet in the rare boxes that surface. Genuinely obsolete and priced like a curiosity when you find it at all. Collectors and the terminally curious buy it. Everyone else shoots .22 LR and never looks back.
